Registered Nurse (RN)

About This Position

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services to our clients at home. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and provide medical care under physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide wound care and IV therapy
• Monitor vital signs and health status
• Coordinate care with physicians and specialists
• Supervise and support care aides

Qualifications

• Current RN license with BCCNM (BC College of Nurses)
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Home care or community health experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
